• Delivery time (after dispatch):
  • Metro cities — 3–5 working days
  • Tier-2 / Tier-3 — 4–7 working days
  • J&K, North-East & islands — 6–10 working days
• Partners: Bluedart, Delhivery & Shiprocket Priority. All parcels are 100% insured.
• Automatic WhatsApp & email tracking updates once the parcel is scanned by the courier.

🔄 7-Day Easy Returns & Refunds

• Return window: 7 calendar days from delivery date.
• Free reverse pick-up from your doorstep — no label printing needed.
• Item must be unused, in original gift box with all tags/purity cards.
• Once inspected, we issue a 100% refund to your original payment method within 2–4 business days.
  COD orders are refunded via UPI/bank transfer.
• Need a different size/design? Place a new order and return the original to get your new gift faster.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired variant.
