Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand plans change, and we’re here to help. Here's how cancellations and returns work at LaunchBook.Store:
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before shipping is confirmed, whichever is earlier.
- If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled online. You may choose to reject the package upon delivery (COD orders) or contact us for assistance.
- To request a cancellation, simply message us via the WhatsApp button on our website or email us at launchbook.store@gmail.com with your order ID.
Returns
- We accept return requests for prepaid orders only within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with the original packaging.
- To initiate a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and a brief reason.
- Return shipping will be arranged by our team wherever reverse pickup is supported.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g. UPI, card, wallet).
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- We’ll keep you updated by email once your return has been received and your refund processed.
